Non UK Casinos Guide SlimKing

How We Rate Non UK Casinos

Every casino on our top list is scored against the same six criteria. Here is exactly what we check, how much each part counts and what gets a casino removed.

A ranking is only useful if you know how it was built. This page explains the full process behind our scores, so you can judge the non UK casinos on our list — and any other non UK casino site you come across — with the same checklist.

The six criteria and their weight

Licence and ownership25%Licence number in the regulator’s public register, matching company name, licence status

1. Licence and ownership

We copy the licence number and operating company from the footer and search for them in the regulator’s own register — the Curaçao Gaming Authority, the Anjouan licensing register, the Malta Gaming Authority and others. We never rely on a clickable seal, because seals can be copied. A non UK regulated casino whose number is missing, expired or registered to a different company is removed from consideration, however good its bonus looks.

We also look for recent changes of ownership. Brands sometimes move to a new licence or a new company while keeping the same name and logo. When that happens, terms and withdrawal limits can change overnight, so we re-check those casinos more often.

2. Bonus terms

The headline percentage is the least important number in a welcome offer. We read the full bonus terms and record:

  • the wagering multiplier and whether it applies to the bonus only or to deposit plus bonus;
  • the maximum bet allowed while wagering;
  • how long each stage of the bonus stays active;
  • which games count, and at what rate;
  • any cap on winnings from bonus funds or free spins;
  • whether you can decline the bonus in the cashier.

Fair, clearly written terms score higher than a bigger offer with hidden traps.

3. Payments and withdrawals

We list every deposit and withdrawal method available to UK players, with minimums and maximums. We read the withdrawal policy for caps per transaction, per day, per week and per month, and for rules on paying large wins in instalments. A non UK online casino that does not publish its limits clearly loses points here.

4. Game library

We record the studios in the lobby, the size of the slot and live casino sections and whether RTP information is shown per game. Search, provider filters and sensible categories matter too — a lobby of thousands of games is not much use if you cannot find anything.

5. Mobile experience

Most UK players use a phone, so we test the mobile site first: how fast the lobby loads, whether the cashier works properly on a small screen and whether key pages such as bonus terms and responsible gambling tools are easy to reach.

6. Safer-play tools and support

Offshore regulators rarely require the tools UKGC sites must offer, so we reward non UK casinos that provide deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion in the account settings. We also contact support and note how quickly and clearly it answers.

What gets a casino removed

A casino is removed from our list if its licence cannot be verified, if it changes terms retroactively, if we see a pattern of unpaid withdrawals in public complaints or if it targets players who have self-excluded. We re-check every listed casino at least once a month and update the date at the top of the homepage when we do.

Independence

Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up. That never changes a score: casinos cannot pay for a position, and we publish each brand’s drawbacks alongside its strengths.
